Terms & Conditions of our services
Business ID registration as a Light Entrepreneur
Is including our service fee (Free)
- Once we register your Business ID, you must continue using our accounting service until the end of the first accounting period, 31.12.2026.
- The regular service fee starts only when you start working/earning income. The service agreement cannot be terminated before the end of the accounting period (31.12.2026)
- However, we charge €39 + VAT for the month in which we register your Business ID
- If you do not receive your own courier ID or have no business transactions during the accounting period, the first month’s payment can cover the minimum fee for the mandatory annual VAT and tax filings: €39 + VAT (one-time fee).
- Additional documents – only if needed:
If you need an income statement or other document to prove your business income, we charge €50 + VAT for preparing the document. - For full RP/PR-related documentation or supplementary documents requested by Migri, we charge €100–€150 + VAT, depending on the documents required and the time needed to prepare them. Please contact us beforehand regarding the documents you need. There may be a processing time of approximately 7–10 banking days.

Need a Business ID Fast?
Business ID registration as a Light Entrepreneur
Is including our service fee (Free). We charge 39€+VAT when registering your business id and it covers for first month’s fee, Incase if you don’t get Successful ID we won’t charge from 2nd Month anymore. However you must take our service until end of 2026 Once you get Courier ID.
Applying for an Entrepreneurship RP/PR or Work Permit?
We provide expert assistance in preparing RP related essential documents. Or supplementary documents requested by Migri including income statement. Contact us for more details. Need an Income Statement?
We prepare income statements exclusively including accountant’s statement for our clients. The service fee is €50 + VAT.
